The Lab Theater is located at 700 North First Street in the
North Loop Neighborhood
of Minneapolis’ Warehouse
District. Our neighbors:
MN Opera Center,
Acme Comedy Club,
and the Star Tribune.
Look for the green awning
over our loading dock entrance.

Parking is available in a surface lot almost directly across the
street from the theater (refer to map). There is a nominal fee to park
in this lot. Free street parking is available after 6 pm. Refer to signs.
